The captain reserves the authority to cancel any charter, special event or B&B stay due to weather conditions or equipment malfunction. The captain will attempt to re-schedule the booked activity as rapidly as possible. If the booked activity can not rescheduled with the client the client will receive a full refund.
In the-event the client wishes to cancel a charter, special event or B&B booking the request for cancellation must be in written form / e-mail and received 7 days prior to the planned commencement date. Failure to request cancellation on a timely basis will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Charter and B&B Interruptions
In the event a charter or B&B booking is substantially shortened due to weather conditions, equipment failure or any other reason deemed necessary by the captain, the client will receive a prorated reduction in the fee. The captain will make the determination as to the amount of the fee reduction. Any shortening of the charter or B&B duration requested by the client for personal reasons will not result in a reduction of the contracted fee.
All clients will be required to agree to and sign a liability waiver.
The captain & crew will be responsible for your safety and comfort while aboard but can not be held responsible for the unsafe actions of clients and or the clients’ guests while either onboard at the marina, or while swimming, boating or touring. This is not an optional requirement.
